All text, images, program materials and the free guide are the intellectual property of Nadejda Savova unless stated otherwise. You may keep a personal copy of the guide, but you may not resell, republish or distribute it, or use the content commercially, without written permission.

The newsletter and the free guide are provided at no cost and with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. I may occasionally change or discontinue these offerings.

Introductory conversations booked through Calendly are free and non-binding. Paid programs are governed by the separate terms agreed with you before the program begins, including scope, fees, scheduling and cancellation arrangements. Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.

The content on this site and in my programs is educational and developmental in nature. It supports self-reflection, career clarity and emotional self-leadership. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment or crisis care, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you are in distress or in an emergency, please contact your doctor or local emergency services.

Outcomes depend on your own circumstances, engagement and decisions. While I share methods that have worked for many professionals, I cannot guarantee any specific career, financial or personal result.

The site links to and embeds third-party services such as Calendly and Beehiiv. I am not responsible for the content or practices of those services; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
